I played this brand new album at my morning Dance Aerobics class and we were sweating within minutes and loved that the CD started at speed 145bpm. We always work towards a faster speed (whilst doing Low impact aerobics) but it really challenged our cardio vascular fitness which was excellent. The music choice is ace and really ups the energy in your class, plus there are some classic tracks that I hadn’t heard in years.
